Responsibilities:
- Investigate exceptions and breaks in JPM books versus agent banks.
- Collaborate with internal and external parties on asset positions and cash balance changes.
- Arrange instructions to resolve exceptions.
- Work with utility teams on tracking and reporting breaks.
- Maintain and certify procedures, incorporating changes.
- Collaborate with managers for procedure reviews.
- Support strategic initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Participate actively in daily team huddles and review calls.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Utilize MS Office and Alteryx tools proficiently.
- Create and publish MIS reports and dashboards.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Utilize MS Office applications and Alteryx tools proficiently.
- Exhibit proficiency in MIS reporting and dashboard creation.
- Draft emails and articulate problems effectively.
- Possess a background in operations, trade processing, and settlements.
- Apply reconciliation skills effectively.
