Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
- Design and maintain UI style guides, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
- Optimize existing user interface designs, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Eligibility:
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
