Job Description :
- Installation, Configuration, troubleshooting of Windows 7, Windows 10, Server 2008 and 2012
- Able to handle day to day technical issue of end users
- Manage internet connectivity and PRI issues
- Technical and conceptual understanding of telecommunications networks, topologies, and protocols
- Superior network and PC troubleshooting techniques and concepts
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Managing and maintaining the Servers and Networking Equipments
- Responsible for enforcing security compliance, polices and permissions
- Working experience in Active Directory
- Knowledge about virtualization and VMware and Hyper-V
- Excellent communication skills and should be a team player
- Hands-on work experience on SonicWall firewall and Cisco switches will be a plus
- Knowledge of web-servers and database servers will be a plus
Qualification : Any Graduate
