📝 Job Description:
- Work with the Product Manager to gather, document, and refine requirements from business stakeholders and customers.
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes, where applicable.
- Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature prioritization.
- Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare clear documentation including Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), process flows, and release notes.
- Support internal and external stakeholders with product-related queries.
- Learn and apply best practices in agile product development and product lifecycle management.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace for documentation and presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of product lifecycle and requirement gathering processes.
- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Nice-to-have:
- Understanding of the mortgage domain.
- Exposure to data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (advanced functions), or BI tools like Tableau / Power BI.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and sprint processes.
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles or wireframing tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or Miro.
