Job description:
- Role: Technical Support Associate
- Location: Bangalore
- Shift: Rotational (including night shifts)
- Experience: Freshers (Graduates/Undergraduates with excellent communication skills)
- Hiring for: Leading MNC
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware components such as laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve Windows OS-related issues (installation, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting).
- Handle network connectivity issues and provide real-time resolutions.
- Guide customers through technical problem-solving steps effectively.
- Address issues related to drivers, BIOS, blue screen errors, and system crashes.
- Assist in basic software troubleshooting and system performance optimization.
- Provide exceptional customer support while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi preferred)
- Strong logical and analytical thinking
