Job Description:
- Job Location: Pune
- Qualification: (Only these graduates are eligible for Interview) B.COM/BBA/ M.COM/ MBA

Responsibilities:
- Ability to multi-task, work in a fast paced, changing environment and maintain a commitment to accuracy and timeliness.
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and written instructions, as well as verbal instructions or directions from his/her supervisor.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Bachelors degree in commerce, business administration or business management is preferred based on business aligned.
- 15 Years (10+2+3) of qualification is mandate
- Deliver on day-to-day process targets in meeting Customer SLAs.
- Should be able to work as per the provided client shift timings.
- Follow the governance mechanism established with the client.
- Execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines.
Skills:
- Good communication skills, willingness to work in Night shift
- We need immediate joiners only.
- English and Hindi mandatory
- Proficiency in MS office application.
- Willingness to work in business aligned shifts, Night Shift also (24*7).
- Open to accept changes in work methods or systems to improve performance beyond agreed standards.
- Mortgage knowledge is the added advantage.
- Good communication skills, willingness to work in Night shift.
- Only Commerce graduates from 2021 to 2024 Batch.
- We need immediate joiners only.

- Reporting Time: 09:30 AM till 11:00 AM
- Round 1 – Aptitude Assessment (10:00 AM to 12:00 PM)
- Round 2 – Ops Screening Face to Face interview (12:30 PM to 04:00 PM)
