Job Description:
- Walk-In Dates: 24th and 25th October 2025
- Interview Location: Kolkata, Job Locations: Pune, Bangalore
- Time: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- Venue: Infosys Ltd., Plot No. IIIG/2, Action Area – III, New Town, Kolkata – 700135
- Mode: 100% Work from Office (WFO)
- Shifts: 24×7 rotational (Including Night Shifts)
- Experience:1-4 years of Experience (Minimum 1-3 years in IT Service Desk / Tech Support)
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote support for laptops, desktops, LAN issues, and applications.
- Troubleshoot across platforms Windows, Android, iOS.
- Support Microsoft tools: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Skype.
- Handle registry fixes, patch upgrades, virus/security troubleshooting.
- Collaborate on network issues including VPN, TCP/IP, and OSI models.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal English)
- Willingness to work in US time zones (Night Shifts)
- Any Full-time Graduate (No backlogs)
- Commitment to 100% Work from Office (No Hybrid)
- Readiness to complete client-specific training
- Ability to handle 24×7 rotational shifts
