Job Description:
- We are hiring AR Callers for our US Healthcare RCM division.
- This role involves interacting with insurance companies in the US to follow up on medical claims and ensure timely resolution of outstanding accounts.
- This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to start a career in the healthcare BPO industry.
- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to US insurance providers regarding pending claims
- Understand denial reasons and take appropriate action
- Update systems with accurate notes and claim status
- Work closely with the internal team to resolve claim-related issues
- Maintain daily productivity and quality targets
Requirements:
- Freshers are eligible
- Any graduate / undergraduate can apply
- Good communication skills in English
- Willingness to work in Night Shifts
- Basic computer knowledge
