Job Description:
- Interacts with solution development and product ownership teams to give feedback, discuss and document design issues, investigate problems, and develop solutions to meet the technological needs of users.
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of the organization’s products and/or services.
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills and effectively communicates with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyzes and tests software to ensure that products meet design specifications and are within total quality management limits and standards.
- Actively participates in the entire software development life cycle, including developing quality standards through participation in initial software development stages and testing software in later stages of development for reliability and accuracy.
- Accurately documents activities, processes, and test outcomes.
- May develop customized test procedures for the organization’s products.
Requirements:
- Possesses basic competency in one or more ALI solutions.
- Acquires job skills and learns ALI policies and procedures.
- Possesses basic knowledge of engineering disciplines aligned with one or more ALI solutions.
- May require mentorship and supervision of more experienced team members or managers.
- Develops a strong proficiency in Customer Relationship Management systems.
- May conduct customer training when required.
