Job Description:
- HCL Tech _ Voice Process – Fresher – Direct walk-in interview – Sholinganallur-6th April 2026 (1:30 PM to 3 PM)
- Role: Process Associate
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries and issues via email or chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately enter, update, and manage data across multiple systems and databases.
- Troubleshoot customer problems, provide actionable solutions, and escalate complex issues to senior support teams as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred. – Arts & Science

Skills:
