- Job Title: Provisioning & Activation Executive (Fresher).
- Walkin Drive Location: 5th Floor Unit-B ITPL, Aviator Building, Whitefield Road, SEZ, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066.
- Date: 2-08-25 (Saturday)
- Timing- 11AM to 2.30 PM
- Work Location: [ Bangalore 5 days WFO]
- Department: Network Operations / Service Delivery
- Experience Required: FRESHERS (Arts & Science)
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Tech Courses in networking and candidate should be a graduate in Arts and science only)
- Qualifications which are not eligible to apply are: (BTECH, MCA, MSC, MTECH, BCA, BE.)

Responsibilities:
- Assist in data, voice, VPN, and leased lines based on customer requirements.
- Perform service activation and validation using standard scripts and configuration templates.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, field ops, service assurance) to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Monitor order queues and handle provisioning tasks through OSS/BSS tools.
- Track and escalate delays or configuration issues proactively.
- Document completed tasks and update customer provisioning status.
- Maintain accurate records of network elements, circuits, and customer configurations.
- Participate in shift operations and ensure SLA adherence.
Skills:
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP address, routing, switching)
- Eagerness to learn telecom infrastructure and systems
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Willingness to work in shifts (including night shifts or weekends, if required)
- Familiarity with MS Excel and reporting tools is a plus
Preferred Certifications (not mandatory):
- Cisco CCNA (Beginner Level)
- NOC or Telecom Network Fundamentals Training
