Job Description:
- We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented freshers.

- Candidate will be responsible for solving customer queries through calls and emails, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and issues via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
