Job description:
- Designation: Process Associate / Analyst / SME’s
- Eligibility: Freshers (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech are not eligible)
- Designation: Associate / Analyst
- Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts
- Working Days: 5 Days (Work from Office)
- Week Offs: Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off

Responsibilities:
- Understanding of digital advertising principles.
- Knowledge of ad campaign management and optimization.
- Understanding of basic web editing principles.
- Support: You’ll analyze Account information & campaigns and explain it clearly to clients (by phone, email, or chat).
- Account Support: Advertising accounts, ensuring all necessary information is collected and verified. Ensure smooth operational processes and timely completion of client requests.
- Customer Service: You’ll answer client questions and help them with their needs, aiming to provide excellent service within our service standards
- This role requires working in shifts, including nights and weekends, to support our clients around the clock.
