Job Description:
- Mega Walking drive for Feedback Engineer (Jan 8th,2026)
- Process Associate / Associate / ANALYST
- Material order management, SYSTEMS EVALAUATION & ANALYSIS
- Feedback Engineer will be responsible for understanding and interpreting the components of elevator systems, understand the issue related to its performance and provide workable resolution to the end user.
- This position interfaces with other Engineering groups, Field Engineers, and Suppliers to provide world class customer support
- Candidate should bring 2 copies of updated resume.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret engineering drawings and other technical documents
- Be able to identify correct elevator material that is required
- Follow up with suppliers, factories for material ordered and escalate appropriately
- Handle Feedbacks without delays
- Achieve and exceed set targets (Performance, Quality)
- Meet metrics for safety, sustainability, quality, delivery and cost as a general function of the role
- Possess the ability to closely follow instructions and pre-established procedures/SOP to perform the functions of the job required.
Requirements:
- Mechatronics or B.Tech/ B.E – Mechanical/Electrical/ Electronics
- Candidates from a Manufacturing background with Elevator experience will be preferred
- 0.6 – 3 years of experience in the Manufacturing industry / Clients is an added advantage
