📝 Job Description:
- HCL Tech Hiring Process Associate / Associate – Fresher- Mechatronics or B.Tech / B.E – Mechanical/Electrical/ Electronic 2024 Graduated.
- This position interfaces with other Engineering groups, Field Engineers, and Suppliers to provide world-class customer support.
Skills:
- Knowledge of Elevator maintenance equipment.
- Excellent knowledge of technical systems.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanics, signalization and electronics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for End User and Engineer to diagnose the issue and recommend resolution.
- IT literate- preferably with experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, MS Word, Excel,)
- Possess the ability to work well within a team environment while demonstrating the ability to make decision.
- Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent listening and Time management ability.
- Ability to empathize toward the end user situation & understand what they are going through
- Must have a high attention to detail
- Ability to manage stressful situations and cope in a fast-paced work environment
- To cope with unpredictable work patterns and work well under pressure
- Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels [Operations & Enabling functions]
- Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment
