Job Description:

- WORK TYPE: 3 MONTHS CONTRACT
- Designation: Associate Analyst (Non-Voice)
- Experience Range: Freshers to 6 months
- Work Location: Chennai, Hyderabad, Noida, Gurgaon
Skills:
- Freshers with excellent written skills in English
- Must possess any graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate and Consolidated Marks Memo)
- Must be willing to work from office & in rotational shifts (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs)
- Must be ready to join immediately
What will you do:
- Research skills and fact-checking using Internet-based search engines
- Tagging the reports by validating the images using multiple internal tools
- Provide high-quality customer service / technical support.
- Email communication with internal and external customers
