📝 Job Description:
- As an SDET, you will play a vital role in developing and testing solutions to test applications across Web, API, and Services platforms, while also establishing efficient data comparison methods.
- Your primary challenge will be to minimize the “time to market” for products without sacrificing quality, leveraging automation and innovative practices, including Generative AI techniques.
- You will work with a diverse set of technologies and collaborate with various internal teams.
- Test Design/Execution: Design and execute detailed manual test cases for Salesforce RCA (Quoting, Contracts), RCB (Billing, Invoicing), and Agentforce AI interactions.
- Automation Assistance: Assist in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using the Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) platform.
- Test Maintenance and Defect Management: Perform troubleshooting on failing CRT scripts and track defects using tools like ADO and Jira.
- Data Validation and Agentforce Testing: Validate data integrity post-transaction and execute tests for Agentforce use cases.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in Software Quality Assurance or a related field, preferably in a financial technology environment.
- Basic understanding of the Salesforce platform (Admin concepts, data model).
- Familiarity with test automation concepts and a strong willingness to learn Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
- Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
- Bachelor’s or higher qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting & Finance, or equivalent is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality, essential for maintaining high standards in testing.
