Job description:
- Genpact Walk-in drive for Transaction Risk Investigator roles || 6 months fixed term contract || Kolkata on 30th January 2026
- Drive Date: 30-January-2026
- Drive timings: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Venue: Genpact, Imagine Tech Park, Plot no 6, DP Block, Sector – V, Salt Lake, Kolkata -700091, West Bengal
- Graduation: Any grad except law is eligible
- Experience: Only Freshers are eligible
- Duration: 6 months contract (permanent basis performance)
- Work location: Kolkata (Only work from office)
- Shifts: Flexible with any shift
- Mandatory documents to carry: 2 passport size photographs (One photo to be pasted on resume), 2 copies of resume, Original Aadhar card
Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigations to identify and mitigate online ecommerce risk.
- Utilize excellent judgment to make independent decisions regarding complex transactions and customer authentication.
- Engage in frequent written and verbal communication with department management, risk analysts, risk engineers, company associates, and third parties.
- Ensure productivity and maintain highest quality assurance standards.
- Leverages appropriate operational tools and applications to find the data.
- Ability to successfully navigate websites.
- Understands and adheres to workflow directions, SOPs.
- Performs a variety of routine standard tasks in non-voice queues like email, chat etc.
Skills:
- Any graduate (except law/diploma)
- Only Freshers are eligible.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate complex transactional issues to internal and external customers.
- Strong Problem solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Aptitude for determining situational needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekends)
