Job description:
- Date: 8-Jul-2025
- Time: 11:30 AM to 1:30PM
- Walk-in Venue – Genpact, 14-45 IDA Uppal, NGRI, Habsiguda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500039
- Work Location: Hyderabad
- Experience: Only Freshers are eligible (we are not considering post graduates/ undergraduate/pursuing candidates for these roles)
- Languages known: English
- Work Location: Hyderabad (Only work from office)
- Shifts: Flexible with any shift
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries and customer’s concern
- Making outbound calls to Customers and Employers
- Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies
- Reproduce customer issues and bring up product bugs
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers
- You should be responsible to exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
- Responsible to showcase tried work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger reciprocal environment
Requirements:
- Only Freshers are eligible.
- Graduation in any discipline except law (only 2020 to 2024 passed outs are eligible)
- Excellent Voice Communication Skills
- Must possess knowledge of Email Clients & Basics of Internet Technology (Websites, Domains, Hosting, Browsers, Security, etc.
- Relevant experience in Customer Support through Phone and good in basic technical skills & Sales techniques.
