Job Description:

- Only Btech graduates (Civil specialization) are eligible. (excellent knowledge of construction & building materials)
Responsibilities:
- Excellent knowledge of Insurance / Property claims processing
- Entry of Information related to personal details, provider details, invoice information etc.
- Receive & review special instructions of building material used for house repair work based on standard construction practices & client requirement.
- Verifying file documentation is included to complete the review process.
- Responsible to understand and comprehend, good customer service attitude to clearly articulate the resolution
- Review repair estimates to ensure estimates are accurate and meet industry guidelines and standards for repair
- Ensures adjuster photos accurately depict damages associated in the adjuster estimate
- Upon completion of review either recommends payment or documents findings that need correction, deletion, or additions to the estimate
- Prepare sketch by looking at the provided property dimensions
Skills:
- Civil Engineers with excellent knowledge of construction & building materials
- Excellent English Communication (Both written & verbal)
- Proactive communication & High analytical skills should be able to foresee issues and suggest solutions, with impactful data
- Displays energy and enthusiasm in approaching the job
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing outstanding customer service
- Ready to work on stretched working hours
- Ability to independently work well with internal and external customers
- Customer service focus
- Basic Computer knowledge along with typing speed of 20 words/minute
- Well versed with MS Excel.
