Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing
- Recruitment & Screening.
- Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Job Posting: Post job openings on various platforms and job boards. Hence, having an experience with various job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Recruitment Process Management: Support in organizing and attending job fairs, recruitment drives, and networking events.
- Analyse sourcing channels to optimize recruitment strategies and improve efficiency.
- Onboarding Support: • Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including document verification, orientation, and induction.
Skills:
- Any graduate (except law)
- Freshers are eligible.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and technologies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
