Job Description:
- Develop, schedule, and oversee DR tests, including tabletop exercises, failover tests, and full-scale simulations.
- Define test objectives, scope, and scenarios in collaboration with IT teams and business units.
- Evaluate DR systems, processes, and infrastructure during testing to identify gaps or inefficiencies.
- Coordinate across departments, external vendors, and stakeholders for seamless test execution.
- Communicate test outcomes, recommendations, and action plans to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed records of test plans, scenarios, outcomes, and lessons learned.
- Review and update the organization’s DR plans based on test findings or organizational changes.
- Ensure testing aligns with compliance requirements and industry standards.
- Support audit activities related to disaster recovery and business continuity testing.
- Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge repository for disaster recovery plans, procedures, and key organizational information.
- Ensure the repository is accessible, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
- Create and maintain documentation, including DR policies, SOPs, FAQs, and user guides.
- Standardize content to ensure consistency and accuracy across all knowledge assets.
Skills:
- College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science.
- Ensure testing aligns with compliance requirements and industry standards.
- Good communication skills
- Excellent coordination skills
