📝 Job Description:
- We’re looking for an entry-level AI/ML Engineer with strong Python and API fundamentals who can support the design and integration of AI-powered systems.
- You’ll build APIs, connect to AI tools (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain), and contribute to pipelines that bring intelligence into real-world applications.
Responsibilities:
- Build Python-based microservices using FastAPI or Flask for AI feature integration.
- Integrate cloud AI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic) and implement embeddings or chat workflows.
- Develop simple data cleaning and feature-engineering scripts using Pandas and NumPy.
- Work with vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, FOSS) for search and retrieval tasks.
- Assist in model evaluation, basic prompt design, and embedding pipeline validation.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to deploy and test inference endpoints in Dockerized environments.
Skills:
- Python (Proficient) – clean code and modular architecture.
- Frameworks: FastAPI or Flask, basic PyTorch/TensorFlow exposure.
- Data: Pandas, NumPy, SQL basics.
- AI Tools: Any of the cloud AI APIs (OpenAI, Groq, Gemini, Cluade), LangChain, LlamaIndex (basic usage).
- Containerization: Docker awareness.
- Knowledge of vector DBs (pgvector/Pinecone) and embedding generation.
- Exposure to LangGraph, CrewAI or any agentic framework.
- Interest in chatbot and document AI use cases.
- Eager learner with an ownership mindset.
- Ability to work closely with mentors and cross-functional teams.
- Curiosity about the AI ecosystem and open-source projects.
