Job Description:
- We are seeking enthusiastic and drivenĀ BBA graduatesĀ to join ourĀ HR teamĀ as Apprentices. This opportunity offers hands-on experience in global HR operations, with exposure to onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and compliance processes.
Responsibilities:
- Support pre-onboarding, onboarding, and post-onboarding activities
- Assist in employee lifecycle processes including offboarding and background verification
- Participate in AskHR ticket resolution and other transactional HR tasks
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain compliance
- Rotate across HR functions to gain broad exposure and identify areas of strength
Requirements:
- Must be aĀ BBA graduateĀ (Bachelor of Business Administration)
- Graduation year must beĀ 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025
- Degree must be from an institute approved byĀ AICTEĀ or equivalent
- Must possess a validĀ degree certificate
- MustĀ notĀ be registered on theĀ NATS portalĀ with another organisation
- MustĀ notĀ have previously worked as an apprentice
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of HR, Finance, or Legal domains
- Certifications or specialisations in relevant areas are a plus
- Japanese language proficiency is an advantage
