Job Description:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Documentation Executive to support the Recruitment and Onboarding team by managing candidate documentation, verification, and onboarding processes.
- The role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely completion of all pre-joining and post-joining documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with candidates for document follow-ups and correction
- Update recruitment and onboarding trackers and MIS reports
- Collect, verify, and maintain candidate documents for recruitment and onboarding
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
Skills:
- Freshers can Apply
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to handle multiple candidates and deadlines
- Basic knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and onboarding
