Job Description:
- Develop the team for the delivery of services as per the agreed SLA/WLA with the customer.
- Ensure RCA for any Critical event.
- Ensure vital support is provided to Network Rollout, D&P and FM including.
- Prioritize tasks as per business needs.
- Ensure all the activities conducted are driven as per MSTOP guidelines.
- Ensure all the MIRs are released as per MSTOP guidelines.
- Monitor and review of TT, CR and AT on a daily basis.
- Ensure that User Access Control is implemented as an MSTOP process and regular review is in place.
- Provide the BO CA Manager with reports of team performance in the allocated area on a scheduled basis.
- Participate in internal technical discussions in view to improve overall network performance and make recommendations wherever possible.
- Give in the creation and improvements to procedures and routines within the department/ group.
- Initiate, support and implement uniform organizational processes.
- Authorize to report security breach incidences.
- Authorize to raise CSR.
- Responsible for driving EHS through employee Awareness and Compliance for the responsible unit.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) or
- 2 years experience in Operations, Customer handling and technical support.
- Experience in Ericsson Charging System will be preferred.
- ITIL, Oracle, CCNA, and Red Hat Certified professionals will be given more preference.
