Job Description:
- Responsible for bulk sourcing for BPO recruitment through various job portals
- Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
- Assess the applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Any graduate who is eager to start their career in HR or undergraduate with prior experience into bulk sourcing
- Strong decision making skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment/hiring through different channels
