Job Description:
- We are hiring Associate Supply Chain professionals for our team.
- The role involves supporting daily supply chain operations, inventory movement, documentation, and coordination with internal and external teams.
- This is a WalkIn Interview opportunity for candidates who are eager to build their career in Supply Chain Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support daytoday receiving, handling, and distribution of materials and equipment.
- Assist with inventory tracking, logging, and issue resolution using supply chain systems/tools.
- Perform pickup, delivery, loading/unloading of materials or customer equipment (CPE) when required.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely availability.
- Learn and follow Supply Chain Operations processes, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Handle parts/materials with proper carewith or without material handling equipment.
- Deliver materials to endusers and assist in resolving shortage or urgent part requirements.
- Support special projects, documentation, and administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Ensure tasks are completed within defined KPIs and SLA timelines.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate (mandatory).
- 0–2 years of experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / Warehouse Operations.
- Good communication skills — business English (written & spoken).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel (filters, basic formulas, data entry).
- Ability to work in a fastpaced operational environment.
- Willingness to learn supply chain systems, tools, and processes.
