Job Description:
- Collect, clean, and analyze clickstream data to understand user behavior and improve website/app performance.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from large datasets.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Work closely with marketing and channel operations teams to support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify trends and patterns in user interactions to enhance customer experience and conversion rates.
- Assist in A/B testing and data validation efforts to support business strategies.
- Document findings and methodologies for future reference.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio is a plus.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a bonus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
