📝 Job Description:
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables, with the ability to understand implications of findings, next steps, and project deadlines.
- Follow the agreed process in the development of deliverables and adopt a structured approach.
- Provide regular updates to team lead about the progress of assigned tasks.
- Ensure the executed work meets the Firm’s quality standards.
- Should learn the various tools and templates used by ESC’s.
- Hiring location would be Hyderabad
🛠️ Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting (Only B.Com), with 0-1 years of experience.
- Should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Should be self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills. Must have problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly. High attention to detail and the capacity to meet tight deadlines are required.
- Should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, along with good interpersonal skills.
- Should possess good interpretation skills to read, understand and apply rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
