Job Description:
- Call to check claim status and verify payments.
- Contact US insurance companies for claim issues.
- Validate and appeal claims.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolve issues.
- Document actions in billing notes.
- Prioritize claims for follow-up, adhering to HIPAA.
Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
- Team player.
- Detail-oriented and accurate.
- Quick learner.
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to work night shifts (6pm – 3am).
