Job Description:
- Selected associates will undergo training programs based on various project requirements.
- During training period, organization will provide training on various aspects for working on different projects which includes
- Domains such tele communication, utilities, geospatial, mining & exploration, Navigation etc.
- Tools and applications- such as AutoCAD, 3-GIS, Microstation, QGIS, Google Earth etc.
- Associates are expected to deliver output with required quality and productivity
Requirements:
- Academics: Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor in Science, Computer operating knowledge (Passed in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024)
- You are a strong fit for this role if you are/ have:
- Good communication skill (Verbal and written English)
- Good Analytical skill (Quick understanding, logical thinking, analyzing and applying ideas/ thoughts)
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly, Commitment towards work
Potential Career Path:
- Based on performance during 12 months, you will be converted as a permanent employee
- After gaining experience on domain, tools, applications and multiple projects, you would have the potential to lead a team or play a key role as subject matter expert
- Based on your work performance/ capability/ customer requirement, you may get opportunity to work at customer locations (Europe/ USA/ Australia etc.)
- Note-capturing and typing skills
