Responsibilities:
- User Testing: Conduct thorough user testing to identify usability issues, gather feedback, and ensure the product meets user expectations.
- Community Management: Build and manage a strong smartwatch community to gather user insights, conduct community testing, and foster brand loyalty.
- Test Report Generation: Prepare detailed test reports, including bug reports, user feedback summaries, and product improvement recommendations.
- Product Analysis: Analyze product reviews and user feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the development team to ensure product quality, identify and resolve defects, and drive product enhancements.
- App and Hardware Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of smartwatch apps and hardware components to effectively test product functionality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field – 2024 Graduates only
- In-office role (Bengaluru HQ – HSR layout)
- Strong understanding of software & Hardware testing methodologies
- Experience in user testing and community management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for technology and wearable devices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge in the smartwatch or mobile app industry.
- Knowledge of test automation tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge in data analysis and reporting.
