Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Workforce Business Intelligence analyst to join our team.
- The primary responsibility of the role is to collect, analyze and interpret workforce data to provide intelligent and actionable insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making related to human resource and workforce management
- The Analytics Specialist will be responsible for working with internal corporate clients to build and automate reports and dashboards.
Responsibilities:
- Work with internal stakeholders to fully understand their business problem and design solutions to meet their needs
- Design efficient data models and dashboards using Salesforce, Tableau, and other tools
- Write SQL queries to extract data from Microsoft SQL Server database for ad-hoc requests
- Design and automation of reoccurring report deliverables with Tableau or Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- Ensure high level of accuracy and quality in all produced work
- Create, improve, manage reporting across multiple clients, tools and data sources
- Identify trends in data and provide insights to internal stakeholders
- Provide necessary data points for Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews
