📝 Job Description:

  • Plan the outreach – segmentation, setting up sequences, messaging, etc. Create personalized communication for specific prospects for a better impact.
  • Generate target lists and move prospects through the pipeline and convert them into product demos.
  • Use email, Linkedin, and cold calling to generate interest among prospects.
  • Qualify interested prospects on a well-defined criterion to convert them into SQLs.
  • Be persistent and proactive in your communication with prospects, providing them information that would help them move quickly in the pipeline.
  • Use the marketing content, case studies and other collaterals effectively.
  • By gaining insights into our prospect’s needs, you will provide inputs for marketing content creation.
  • Set expectations with the founding team at the beginning of every week with semi-weekly status reports.
  • Maintain the CRM and update reports for daily and weekly meetings with other sales members.

Skills:

  • You have 0-1 years of experience as an SDR in the B2B technology space, preferably in a start-up.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; organized and detail-oriented.
  • Data-driven mindset, you’re able to make decisions without requiring too much guidance.
  • Having sold products with annual contracts worth USD 10K+ would be a plus.
  • Passion, enthusiasm, humor, and the ability to convey this through phone and email.
  • Ability to figure out how to use software without a bunch of training. Capable of resolving problems by doing Google searches and filing tickets with software providers.
  • You have used CRMs for email marketing in the past and are capable of maintaining internal CRMs and using them for reporting.
