📝 Job Description:
- Calculate Recency, Frequency, and Monetary scores for every lead
- Build pipelines that refresh segmentation dynamically (daily/hourly)
- Create lead triggers in CRM based on RFM movements (e.g., Warm → Hot, Hot → Dormant)
- Map segments to different Conductor workflows and messaging journeys
- Visualize lead journey and drop-off points for optimization
Requirements:
- WhatsApp APIs (Kaleyra, 360Dialog), AWS SES, email formatting (MJML)
- API automation and webhook parsing
