Job description:
- Domain: ITES/BPO, KPO
- Educational Background: Minimum Technical Graduate(Btech,BscIT,BSC, B.Com Sci, MCA, Etc)
- Shifts: Rotational/ Flexibility to work in night shift (24*7)
- Work location: HYD – permanent work from office.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers with customer centric mindset.
- Excellent documentation skills
- Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
- Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution
