Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer calls, emails, and chats with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Process customer queries related to products/services offered by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Skills:
- 0-3 years of experience in BPO industry or similar field (International Voice & Non-Voice).
- Bachelor’s degree in Any Specialization (B.Sc., B.A.).
- Good or Excellent communication skills in English language; strong analytical skills required.
