Job description:
- Process Executive:
- Domain: ITES/BPO, KPO
- Designation: Process Executive – Voice
- Educational Background: Minimum Technical Graduate (Btech, Bsc IT,- BSC Com Sci, MCA, Etc.)
- PE Experience: 0M to 6M experience in Digital Marketing / Certification in DM along with good
- communication skills
- Shifts: Rotational/ Flexibility to work in night shift
- Work location: Gurgaon – permanent work from office
- Shift: 24*7
- Travel: Not required
- Certification: Required if Fresher
Responsibilities:
- Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
- Ability to use a desktop computer system
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office & Browsing Internet resources
- Excellent typing skills
- Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fast-paced
