📝 Job Description:
- Handle and process insurance claims related to Property & Casualty Insurance.
- Ensure accurate data entry and management using MS Office tools.
- Provide support in the documentation and verification of claims.
- Assist in the resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and report on the status of claims and other relevant metrics.
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated with industry standards.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity and understanding.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues promptly.
