📝 Job Description:

  • Process Executive:
  • Domain: ITES/BPO, KPO
  • Designation: Process Executive – Voice
  • Educational Background: Minimum Technical Graduate (Btech, BSC IT, – BSC Com Sci, MCA, Etc.)
  • PE Experience: 0M to 6M experience in Digital Marketing / Certification in DM along with good communication skills
  • Shifts: Rotational/ Flexibility to work in night shift
  • Work location: Gurgaon – permanent work from office
  • Shift: 24*7

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
  • Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution
  • Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
