Job Description:
- The Core HR TAG team is the backbone for the Cognizant Talent Acquistion Group. All operational & backend activities related to pre-joining / hiring are managed by this team. Job requirements are as follows:
- Manage queries received through emails & chats
- Handle transactions through the app 3. Work with cross functional teams for delivery & outcome
- Ensure error free processing
- Update relevant trackers & maintain operational reports as defined in the process
- Comply with organization policy on Tru Time Time Sheet RTO etc…
- Work with Home Manager & team members on ensuring individual & team goals are met.
Skills:
- Cognizant is looking for a Coordinator who is flexible, has good communication skills & is operationally proficient to learn and work on different systems.
- The candidate should have proficiency in working with different applications and Excel.
- Experience of 0 to 1 year is required with skills in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
- The shift timings are from 09 AM to 07 PM IST.
- Communication Skill MS Office Excel Interpersonal skills Recruitment knowledge Operations Attention to Detail Logical Reasoning Mail Management Basic Quality Concepts & knowledge.
