Job Description:
- Working on the moderation of the listings and making sure is greater than 98% accuracy is maintained.
- Making sure the listing is completed within the defined SLA/TAT time.
- Should be able to work independently and understand his/her performance metrics.
- Track his/her own performance needs to improvise based on the business requirement
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in reading & speaking English
- Should be proficient with computers and MS Office
- Should be able to type 30 words per minute with preferred language
- Should have fair knowledge of the above navigation on Google Maps & Geography
