Job Description:
- Designation: Domestic IT Recruiter

- Notice Period-Immediate to 15 Days
- Reporting to HR Manager
- Location of the posting – Madhapur (Hyderabad)
Responsibilities:
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
- Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications.
- Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
