Skills:
- holding a bachelor’s degree in computer science, presales, cybersecurity or equivalent experience along with 1-3 years in a technical,
- customer-facing role such as a solutions engineer,
- consultant, customer success engineer, or other role combined with a proven understanding of cybersecurity solutions, terminology, markets, and customer needs.
- Communicating, storytelling, and translating sometimes sophisticated technology in an approachable way to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Detailed understanding of cyber security and networking technologies, concepts, standards, methods, operations, and uses.
- Validated experience in presales, SMB-focused roles, or similar customer-facing positions.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or similar credentials.
- Multilingual capabilities, enabling you to connect with a broader range of customers.
