Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Handle Core resourcing activities like allocation; and staffing plan with the business.
- Manage Ramp-downs and ramp-ups effectively
- Provide management with the capability; to forecast and headcount data to plan for all their staffing needs
- Demand and Supply Management along with maximum utilization of available resources by proper allocation and resource management
- Partner with managers to retain; develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.
- Working with business groups assess; creating and implementing innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within client groups
- Work with onsite counterparts as well for potential onshore opportunities for offshore members
- Handle employee grievances and provide counselling with respect to career path within the scope of the role
- Proven skill in the operation and utilization of software such as Microsoft Word for Windows PowerPoint Excel & Macros etc
- Closely coordinate with the Pre-sales / Engagement Directors to understand future incoming business. Monitor pthe rogress of requisitions with the recruitment team and ensure backup offers are made on time
