Job Description :
- Analyze OEM guides and update applications with new specifications and guidelines.
- Ensure a 100% quality while building and updating vehicle packages.
- Connect with stakeholders for clarifications on a regular basis to ensure quality standards are met.
- Adhere to the prescribed service level agreement as defined by the business.
- Build and update documentation for the process.
- Adopt a mindset of continuous learning of the industry, technology and process along with other areas of interest.
- Remain flexible for shift work and occasional work over weekends to meet deadlines.
Skills :
- Prefer candidates that have one or more years of experience in communicating with international clients.
- An excellent level of English communication.
- An experience of delivering products for B2B clients is an advantage.
- Knowledge or experience with Python coding / Blue Prism would be an added advantage.
