Job Description :

- Provide Solution Performance (analysis/tuning) and work across business/technology teams to ensure alignment between business solution definition & systems architecture for the organization
- Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s team, as well as, being a collaborative team member
- Ability to deal with high pressure situations during high and critical incident resolution
- Analyse user requests and software requirements for feasibility of design and potential impact while cognizant of time and cost constraints
- Take initiation to come up with ideas for automation and logical solutions
- Strong ability to identify, interpret and evaluate user and system requirements
- Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issues
- Able to respond to demanding target dates
- Able to work outside of first shift, including evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, extended hours, and on-call rotations

Skills :
- Hands on development experience in any of the programming languages/platforms .NET / VB / VC++ / C++/J2EE
- Experience in Microsoft stack is highly preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages such as MS Excel (VBA scripting), MS Visio, MS Access, & MS Word
- Experience in VB Script, JavaScript (AngularJS, NodeJS), Python, Perl, Bash & Poweshell is highly desired
- Ability to understand the business process
- Preferred to have any of the .net/Java developer certifications
