📝 Job Description:
- Support the creation and maintenance of project schedules, ensuring timely tracking and updating of key milestones.
- Replicate and manage the operational interface to ensure seamless project flow.
- Assist in capacity planning and resource allocation to optimize project delivery.
- Collaborate with the management team to build tailored solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Take ownership of project deliverables and ensure timely, high-quality execution.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address potential delays or roadblocks.
- Contribute to the development of efficient operational processes and workflows.
- Engage with stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure successful project completion.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities
- 0–1 year of experience in planning or project coordination (freshers welcome!)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level or above)
