📝 Job Description:
- Support the Product team in building enterprise platforms for university and library ecosystem.
- Defining workflows for institutional users such as librarians, researchers, faculty, and more, capturing requirements and translating them into executable inputs for design and software development teams.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Design, and Customer Success teams to ensure timely rollouts/ deployments.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong SQL skills is a must while experience working with large datasets is preferable.
- Proficiency in Excel & data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Ability to translate data findings into strategic recommendations for sales and product teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Interest in B2B SaaS, enterprise product strategy, or sales enablement is a plus.
- Prior internship or academic project involving customer analytics, sales strategy, or product operations would be a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL for data analysis.
- Understanding of product lifecycle metrics and sales pipeline concepts.
